The IRP Awards are the only industry awards provided by the REC to recognise and salute the very best in the industry, working at all levels and in different disciplines. The purpose of the 2011 IRP Awards is:
-
To celebrate excellence in recruitment
-
To recognise individual and corporate success
-
To promote best practice in professionalising the industry
What’s New
The 2011 IRP Awards now includes a new category to honour your office support team - 'Best Business Support Team'. This award aims to recognise the people that make your office run efficiently and enable your business to function to a high standard.
The 'Best Small/Medium Company' category has now been split into two separate categories and the 'Best Contribution to the Community' is now open for company entries.
Who can enter?
Recruiters wishing to enter the individual categories must be members of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals.
Recruitment businesses who want to enter the company categories must be REC members.
Members may enter more than one category.
How long should my entry be?
Each category has a submission limit of three pages, those that request supporting testimonials allow up to five pages extra for this. Do not feel that you must fill all three pages. This is simply a limit. Use as much space as you feel you need to fully answer every aspect of the category criteria.
